 Admin section -
Create and manage Job Classes, Job Classes define the
custom settings and overall flow of each job. Create and manage forms – forms
have an unlimited number of custom zone s which
can be used in a variety of ways including separator, barcode,
omr, ocr. Allows you to test all
your custom zones, link custom fields to zones, define all module options, and
even define the release process. Also includes User and management . |
 Job Manager - Used to create jobs and
execute individual module Makes sure only allowed users can run allowed
modules. Ensures a job is run through each module appropriately as defined in
admin. Controls whether a job is Ready, In Progress, or Suspended. Many nice
features to ease use like column ordering, custom font sizes, etc.

 Scan / Quality Control - Many scan time
options can be set in admin including on the fly image processing, custom
rotation (front or rear), DPI, color depth, custom break page options, and
more. Click free scanning, we do not charge a per scan cost so you
can scan as many pages in a month that your scanner will allow and not have to
worry about any fees. 1, 2 or 4 viewing panes for optimal scanning
experience.
Keeps track of every deleted page and allows an undelete at
any time. Supports Twain and ISIS which include SCSI, Video, Specialty Boards,
USB, etc. Scanning over 100 and even over 200 pages per minute depending
on HW config.
QC options available at scan time or when in QC Module (
Delete, Undelete, Replace, Insert, Document
Combine, Document Create, Drag and Drop reordering, Replace all marked for
replace)

 Image Process - Allows you to run unattended
image processing this way scanning is done as fast as the scanner and machines
allow Image Process options include (Deskew, Despeckle,
Black Border Removal (Any combination of sides), AutoCrop,
Remove Blank Pages (based on custom threshold), Hole Punch Removal (Any
combination of sides), Smooth, Inverted Text, Line Removal, and more).

 Index / Index Verification - Allows manual
indexing of files into fields of a database, these fields are defined in
admin. Includes custom zoom regions if opted so when you are typing
it will zoom automatically into the region for an easier read.
Automatically changes the zoom when the user tabs off so indexing is as fast as
possible.

 Release - Release temp files into single or
multi page files based on Job Class settings. Can release to over 60 different
formats including ( Tiff,
PDF, Searchable PDF, JPG,
BMP, Releases data from Forms Process and Index into an Access or SQL Server
database. Additional features like color depth, DPI, remove first page, etc.
Release multiple file formats for each job at the same time. Can export to
custom dimensions (great for auto thumbnail creation)

 Auto Manager - A stand alone application
that will automatically process the next job in queue whether it is Forms
Processing, Image Processing, or Release. Allows user to change the queue
order. Also can be paused and restarted effortlessly. Job Classes are
configured to allow or deny modules being automatically ran.

this application is module based, we offer some of the utilites for individual
sale to help you in your day to day needs, without purchasing the complete
product. All these products utilize the security enhanced aspects of

 TIFF Counter - Will grab page counts
for the TIFFS It allows the counting of multiple folders or just a
single folder. Allows user to save settings and search qeuries. and
much more... We haven't put any restrictions on the counts
either.

 Tiff Splitter - Will take tiffs
and split each page into a single tiff perserving the bit
ratio. Tiff Splitter also lets you choose a specific output
folder. Simply check the boxes that you want to add then click
"Split all Checked".

convert 60+ images ( file formats
) to and from including Tiffs and PDFs. Gives users full control of the output
