Located at 8833 North Sam Houston Parkway W., Houston, TX 77064, the office features an improved customer care team and a parts warehouse. Home to the Commercial Operations, Sales, and Service teams, it also is the planned location for a training facility. General manager Carsten Schrick led the office’s November 9th commemoration.

In the U.S. and Canada, more than 850 Jenbacher engines are installed at more than 300 sites. Operating with 24-hour access and over-the-phone assistance, you can expect swift resolutions for reduced downtime. In addition, our highly skilled service technicians can assist you with quick deliveries from the onsite parts warehouse to keep downtime to a minimum.

The facility’s central location allows for easier availability as well as the ability to provide service to a broader customer base. The planned training center will provide a hands-on experience, featuring our Jenbacher Type 3, 4, and 6 engines. At the training center, you will learn from our product experts and our employees will gain hands-on knowledge of new improvements as they arise.
Furthermore, it gives the Waukesha product brand a strong presence in one of North America´s energy capitals. Waukesha has more than 9,000 engines installed in the USA and Canada, and with the office in Houston, is better positioned to support customers with service and sales.
